Todd M. Gilman is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard as a Master Captain. All vessels are licensed by the State of Connecticut and certified for Charters, Parties, Groups and Activities.

In addition to his a Master Captain's License, Todd hold a Masters of Arts in Teaching Physical Education, Health Education and Elementary Education.

As Camp Director, Todd has over 27 years of experience creating and offering summer camps:
